Hotel Block

Robot Combat League has negotiated a group rate at Hotel Maxwell with some concessions for the competitors of Robot Combat League National Championship. Hotel Maxwell is located walking distance from Seattle Exhibition Hall where the National Championship is held.
Below are the details:

• Hotel Maxwell is located on 300 Roy Street, Seattle, WA 98109. Please review the hotel website for additional information and amenities.
• Special rate of $243.00 single/double occupancy plus tax (currently 15.7%) & $4.00 per room, per night city assessment.
• $20.00 for each additional guest over two in a guestroom
• A limited number of rooms are held on May 5 – 9, 2023 for those that may want to extend their visit to Seattle
• The room rate will be extended three (3) days prior/post or May 2 – 12, 2023 based on availability
• Amenity Fee of $24.95 is waived (make sure this does not show up on your Hotel Bill)
• You are responsible for payment of your hotel room, tax and other incidentals; please provide a credit card to guarantee late arrival
• Check in time begins at 4:00pm PST and Check out time is 12:00 noon
• The following is included in your room: SurfPineapple High –Band Width wi-fi; Bicycles for cruising, In-room coffee and unlimited bottled water, signature pineapple cookies and coffee, Welcome Reception, fitness center, and StreamPineapple.
• Reservations must be made by April 21st, 2023
• If you need to cancel your room reservation, please make your cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of one night room and tax. To avoid early departure fee of one night room and tax, please notify the hotel no later than 24 hours prior to new departure date.
• Parking is available at the hotel based upon availability at the prevailing rate for day and overnight parking plus all applicable taxes.
• The Maxwell Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. They may charge a $500 cleaning fee in the unlikely event you breach this rule.
• If the special negotiated rooms have reached the maximum, please email events@oneredmond.org to be on the waitlist. In addition, if you currently have an existing room reservation and decide to cancel, please message events@oneredmond.org to possibly assist another competitor on a waitlist.

There are two ways to make your reservations:

1. Call “Pineapple Reservations” to make your Hotel Maxwell Reservations: 866-866-7977
1. Hit #1 to make a new reservation or change an existing reservation
2. Request “Hotel Maxwell in Seattle”
3. State the Group Name “Robot Combat” to receive the special rate of $243.00 single/double occupancy ($20.00 for each additional guest over two)
4. Indicate what dates you would like and room type (one bed or two beds)
5. Continue with the reservation agent to complete your hotel reservation.
2. Online Booking: Go here and click the yellow “Book Now” button on the upper right
1. You will see the below booking window; select your preferred dates.
2. Fill in the number of guests in the room and at “Special Rates / Codes”, select Group Code in the drop down option under “type”
3. Enter the Group Code: 230505ROBO
4. This is what you should see! Follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
